This website is a personal presentation site. It has no contact form, no user accounts, no newsletter and no analytics. Nothing you type is sent anywhere, because there is nothing to type.
1. Who is responsible
This site is operated by Sigal Geshury (the site owner). For any question about this policy or about your personal information, contact: contact@sigalgeshury.com.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for, receive or store your name, email address, phone number or any other identifying detail through this website. There is no form, no login and no tracking pixel.
3. What is stored in your own browser
To remember how you like to read the site, we save two things in your browser using local storage. This information stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is not a cookie:
- Language preference — whether you chose English or Hebrew.
- Accessibility settings — the options you switched on in the accessibility menu, such as text size or high contrast.
You can erase both at any time by clearing your browser data for this site. Nothing on the site breaks if you do.
4. Technical data held by the hosting provider
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel automatically processes standard technical request data — including your IP address, browser type and the page requested — in order to serve the page and to protect the service from abuse. This is handled by Vercel as our hosting provider under its own privacy terms, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
5. Fonts and third-party requests
All fonts are served from this website itself. The site deliberately makes no request to Google Fonts, no request to any content delivery network, and loads no third-party script. Opening a page here does not reveal your visit to anyone other than the hosting provider.
6. WhatsApp and outbound links
When you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave this website and open WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta. From that moment your conversation — including your phone number and anything you write — is governed by WhatsApp and Meta's own privacy terms, not by this policy. Messages you send that way reach Sigal Geshury directly and are kept only for the purpose of replying to you.
The site also links to external venture websites — Shammaim, J of Go(l)d, 11:11 and State of Love. Each has its own privacy policy, and this policy does not apply to them.
7. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to know whether information about you is held, to review it, and to request that it be corrected or deleted. If you are in the European Union, the GDPR additionally gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
Because this site holds no database of visitors, in practice the only information that could relate to you is a WhatsApp conversation you chose to start. To ask about it or have it deleted, write to contact@sigalgeshury.com.
8. Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
If the site ever adds a contact form, a mailing list or analytics, this policy will be updated before that happens, and the date at the top of this page will change.
